My Fitness Journey
A Lifelong Discipline: My Path from Romania to America
Born in Transylvania, Romania, I grew up with a deep connection to natural wellness. I learned early the power of herbs and holistic remedies from local traditions.
My journey to becoming a fitness, nutrition, and life coach began with a childhood spent in competitive sports, from dancing to handball, instilling in me a lifelong discipline in movement. However, my path took a challenging turn when I moved to America in 1987, facing cultural shocks and adopting less healthy habits.

Reconnecting with my roots, I found solace and strength through yoga and personal training, transforming my struggles into a passionate career aimed at helping others.
As a former nurse turned holistic coach, I combine medical knowledge with personal experience to craft customized wellness plans that address the body, mind, and spirit.
