In-person fitness coaching allows you to take full advantage of my equipment and hands-on coaching. But, if you can’t get to me, I offer online sessions that get you on track and the accountability to get there.

What do your sessions cost?In-person session: 1 hour $150 2 hours $300 Multiple session packs are available. Online session: 1 hour $125 2 hours $250 Multiple session packs are available.

What can I expect from my first session?Your first appointment will take 30 minutes. We’ll discuss your goals and what support you need from me. During your exercise sessions, I’ll assess your posture and range of movement through simple guided poses. We'll also discuss strategies for your nutrition or life coaching to help you achieve your goals.

How are your coaching programs personalized to my individual needs?I assess and tailor programs by taking detailed notes, conducting detailed research, and providing tools and knowledge based on my extensive client work. This ensures that my advice is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

How do you incorporate life coaching with fitness and nutrition?I work with you holistically, incorporating both fitness and nutrition. I listen to your body's signals and move mindfully in the moment. I help you move with compassion, not the ego, sharing your concerns and having immediate tools to try.

What is the typical duration of a coaching program?Each coaching session is either one or two hours, as purchased. Clients will keep coming back until they reach their goals, and then often just for the support, accountability and enjoyment of working together.
